My daughter got married in Charlotte on April 2, 2022. Being a long time resident of Charlotte, I knew all of the vendors I wanted to use and a big picture of how I wanted everything to be. Most of my friends had hinted that I needed a wedding planner but I thought I could pull it off myself. Boy was I wrong!
In January, I realized I did need a wedding planner to help with the schedule for the day, venue layout and a multitude of other things. I googled Charlotte wedding planners and found Eventful Charlotte. Dana usually plans entire events but was kind enough to take on our wedding late in the planning. I cannot say enough nice things about Dana and how much she helped me. She immediately took control of being the contact person for all of the vendors, venue layout and the timeline for the day. She was with us for the final walk through at the venue, and the entire day of the wedding. She made the whole day so smooth for us and handled everything. I cannot thank her enough for her help or recommend her highly enough.
Dana is simply a delight to work with. I chose her to be the wedding planner for my daughter’s wedding after the first time talking on the phone with her. She was so nice and a true professional at the same time. She had great ideas for the wedding and she was always a phone call away any time I needed her advice. Wedding Coordination: Super sweet and super helpful. She helped make things a lot easier at the wedding. And is even personable to the point that even after the wedding she has texted about my son asking if things were great. (Some medical issues). Would recommend to a friend. We had a great experience!

We contracted with Dana DeAngelis as the planner for our daughter's wedding. She did an excellent job of listening to our daughter's wishes for her wedding, adding creative ideas to enhance our daughter's vision and sourcing whatever was needed to make the day go smoothly. The wedding and reception were in two different locations in rural areas where services aren't readily available. Dana found what we needed and all vendors provided excellent service. She did not stop until she found just what we were looking for. She and her staff were on site at both locations to handle the logistics so that we could enjoy the wedding day. Dana was easily accessible through the whole experience and afterwards. It was such a relief to turn over planning and logistics details to Dana so that our family could enjoy the day.
